We want you to love your Ohmysilk pillowcase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We believe this gives you enough time to experience the difference pure Mulberry silk makes for your skin and hair.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@ohmysilk.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g. monogrammed pillowcases)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same condition requirements apply: items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@ohmysilk.com.
